Ann M. Dalsin (Anina)
Drawing on more than 20 years of legal practice, Ms. Dalsin has amassed experience in a broad array of corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to establishing Dalsin Law, LLP in 2009, Ms. Dalsin was a partner in the law firm of Gilliss Valla & Dalsin LLP, where her practice involved representation of foreign and domestic companies in a broad spectrum of business transactions. Before joining that firm in 1997, Ms. Dalsin worked on international corporate transactions at Varian Associates, Inc. in Palo Alto, California.
Ms. Dalsin has vast experience in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and business agreements, including employment agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, loan agreements, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, license and distribution agreements and commercial terms and conditions. The firm currently represents companies in a wide spectrum of industries in general business matters, including formation, corporate governance, employment, financing, contracts, and real estate transactions.
Ms. Dalsin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1990. In 1995 she earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, where she served as a staff writer and staff editor of the Law Review and International Law Journal.
As a result of spending over a decade living, studying and working in Spain, Venezuela and Italy, Ms. Dalsin speaks Spanish and Italian and is also conversational in French.

Gary S. Mintz
With more than 10 years' business experience and another 10+ years practicing law, Mr. Mintz has a unique ability to identify, analyze, and craft solutions to the legal issues that businesses face. Prior to adding his high-tech practice to Dalsin Law, LLP in 2014, Mr. Mintz worked at Cisco Systems, Inc, first as in-house counsel, and later as a business development manager working on licensing, OEM, and other intellectual property transactions with strategic partners. Mr. Mintz joined Cisco via acquisition of Latitude Communications, Inc, where he was the first attorney hired and was the sole in-house legal support. Prior to Latitude, Mr. Mintz served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Commerce One, Inc, a high-tech business-to-business technology provider, where he focused on leading complex licensing transactions, and was Assistant Vice President at privately-held ERIN Engineering.
Mr. Mintz has vast experience serving high tech companies in high tech transactional matters, including complex software licensing, OEMs, hardware and software sales support, SaaS offerings, services agreements, business development/strategic alliances, and other intellectual property transactions.
Mr. Mintz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1990 with minors in Psychology and Sociology. In 1995 he earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego where he competed on the Negotiation Team.
Mr. Mintz is conversational in both Spanish and French.
